Pam Beigh, my LIB coach, will compile results and recommendations by theme only. The survey and process are completely anonymous. She will compile a summary of results in graphical form for Section I (competencies) and overall themes for Section II (open ended questions). All comments are put into the context of the Leadership in Balance concepts and remain anonymous. Pam will then develop an individual development plan for me based on the survey results.
